Public visitor facilities and guided tours are ADA accessible. An elevator connects the courtyard with the underground tasting room and one level up to the covered loggia; gently sloped ramps run through the underground cellars. Tours involve about an hour of walking, so bring a wheelchair if needed and request the accessible tour route when booking; not every decorative multi-level castle space is step-free.
