The United Kingdom is open to leisure tourists and continues to receive very high arrival volumes. Right now, the main traveler concern is terrorism, with additional hassle from protests and occasional flight disruption rather than any war or broad closure. Overall it is very much visitable, but travelers should stay alert in crowded places and watch for short-notice transport problems.
